So much that can be done without the internet. All sorts of games and learning already loaded my grandson never runs out of things to do! Had another type of tablet and if I was lucky we could get 5 hours out of a battery charge. This one rarely runs out before nap time even with him constantly leaving it on to go play with trucks or whatever. Good parental controls so he doesn't go where he isn't supposed to. The case and tablet itself are tough. It gets dropped, drug across the floor and stood on and keeps on going. Very easy set up. Well worth the price paid.
This was perfect for my kindergartener. I can keep a look out on what she does, it's easy to use and I take it with us to our older kid's sports games and long travels.
